Smart City / Home solutions

Free wi-fi in the park

Residents of Waterfront City will receive individual login codes to use the internet services available in the park free of charge.

Smart Living

Residents can benefit from an application downloaded to their smart devices that provides access to the public transport timetables in the area, weather forecasts, as well as air purity and solar radiation related information. Moreover, it allows them to request temporary access permits, for example, for furniture deliveries or to taxis, plus they can easily indicate any possible malfunctions at the site.

Electric car charging station

We provide electrical car charging facilities against payment at docking stations open to public traffic within the project site – where permitted by legislation.

Benches with solar panels (to charge mobile phones and laptops)

Some of the public benches of Waterfront City allow users to sit and charge their laptop or telephone thanks to built-in solar panels and connectors.

Community Car Sharing: Drive Now Service

Fixed car sharing pick-up point for residents and shop owners.

UV-B radiation sensor

Current UV-B radiation levels will be displayed on screens at various locations throughout the site.

Street lighting with motion detection

The adaptive outdoor lighting system saves energy as the luminous intensity of street lights are increased when pedestrians are present and reduced when no motion is detected by the presence sensors.

Drinking fountain

A number of drinking fountains will be installed throughout the park, providing refreshment for residents.

Smart Parking

Access to and from the site with a phone call.

Security guards

The site’s continuous public surveillance is provided by a 24-hour security service, which perpetually monitors even vehicles eligible to enter the site.
