9 In the new Waterfront City district, Wfcity IV. 619/2021 on the designation
of action areas in the rust zone and specific requirements governing investments in certain action
areas. (XI.8.) Based on government decree, it is located in the rust zone action area. 444/2021 on the

in the rust zone action area. Pursuant to Government Decree (VII.23), the VAT content of the purchase
