Waterfront City
A new city quarter is being born
In the hear of Óbuda
Waterfront City is located in district 3, close to the riverbank of Danube on a 5 hectare area, on a plot enclosed by Folyamőr and Bogdáni streets as well as Miklós Square.
The promenade on the 50 000 sqm area is only 600 m away from the Óbuda Main Square and which is part of the Óbuda Promenade starting from Kolosy Square and is close to the international cycle route to Szentendre.
Values of the past, innovative solutions for the future
Waterfront City's unique atmosphere will combine the architectural values and atmosphere of the past with the most innovative solutions of today. The unique building of the former Óbuda Szeszgyár and the former chimney of the factory have been given fresh features, highlighting their distinctive appearance. The former factory building will be renovated and converted into commercial, catering and office space.
The green-roofed residential buildings and the huge park area with its many smart features offer a quality, welcoming and lovable environment for the conscious, discerning home seeker, in a spirit of responsibility towards the environment and the future.
The first phase of Waterfront City consists of two 13-storey buildings and one 9-storey building, with a total of 269 apartments. The buildings range from 26 sqm studio apartments to 103 sqm penthouses with large terraces. 92% of the apartments have terraces and some have garden access.
The second phase of Waterfront City consists 169 apartments on 13 floors in one building. The apartments range from 24 sqm studio apartments to 56 sqm three-bedroom apartments. These apartments were handed over in the second quarter of 2022. 80% of the apartments have terraces.
The third phase of Waterfront City will consist of two 9-storey buildings and one 13-storey building, with a total of 217 apartments. The buildings range from 27 sqm studio apartments to 102 sqm apartments with large terraces, offering something for everyone. 96% of the apartments have terraces and the remaining homes have garden access. Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023. Apartments with panoramic views of the Danube and Óbuda Island.
In the fourth phase of Waterfront City, a total of 253 apartments of 27-110 sqm will be built. All the apartments will have ceiling cooling-heating system and a variety of floor plans will be available and 90% of the apartments will have terraces. The apartments offer breathtaking views of Óbuda Island and the Danube. The homes of Phase 4 will have large glass surfaces and airy, bright spaces.
Our buildings will be taller than average (the 13-storey will be 45 m high, the 9-storey 34 m high), so you will have a beautiful panorama of the Buda Hills, Óbuda Island, the Danube and the city.

Parking is provided in the underground garage. On the ground floor there will be catering and retail units, as well as offices and a fitness room.
