The company started a large, multi-phased residential development on district’s 11. Beregszász street. The aim of the developer and designer, Gábor Zoboki and the coverage of built-up areas on the location made the preservation of garden suburb character possible in the development of new buildings and public spaces too, in compliance with the surrounding streets of family houses.
In the residential are of the declivous comb – Sasad – on the Sout-West of Sas-hill, the first phase of the investment was realized on a field of more than 12 acre enclosed by Beregszász, Rodostó and Nagyszeben streets. Amongst the residential houses a large park of 3500 squaremetres is waiting for the habitants. In five individual buildings a total of 215 apartments were created.
