Apartments with interior amenities

Standard design
For the interior design of the apartments, buyers can choose from a collection of tiles, sanitary ware, taps and interior doors whose materials and colours were carefully coordinated and selected by interior designers. The content of the ‘Standard’ category is included in the present attachment. (List prices include ‘Standard’ category configurations.)

Warm coverings
Generally Class I laminated flooring, 7–8 mm thick, with a wear resistance 31–32. Optionally selected from the collection determined by the seller.

Cold coverings
Class I laminated flooring, 6–8 mm thick, glazed or gres ceramic tiling. Optionally selected from the collection determined by the seller.

Interior doors
Post-mountable frame design with decorating foil or CPL surface, panels with chipboard or honeycomb inserts, with modern, anodized aluminium circular lock covers or a toilet lock handle system in the lavatory. Optionally selected from the collection determined by the seller.

Taps
Hansgrohe, Grohe or equivalent single lever tap with an automatic drain for washbasins and tubs and a shower set for tubs and showers (the latter is to be handed over without being installed).

Sanitary ware
White, Class I porcelain or ceramic sink (55 or 60 cm) or washbasin (36 or 38 cm). Wall-mounted, deep flush, back outflow, white Class I porcelain or ceramic lavatory pan with white plastic seat. Geberit, Grohe or equivalent hidden toilet tank with a two-phase white push plate. White, Class I steel tub, 170/70 cm (or otherwise as indicated on the plan), with automatic outlet, overflow and masonry work. White, Class I acrylic 80x80 or 90x90 cm shower tray, with base, masonry work or cabin (at locations indicated in the plans).

Radiators
White, Class I powder coated sintered electric towel dryer radiators are installed in bathrooms.

Electrical assemblies
Schneider or equivalent electrical assemblies.
