The Béke Garden offers a wide range of apartments, ranging in size from 30 to 118 square meters. Our apartments are built with energy-efficient solutions, resulting in exceptionally high energy-efficient, AA-rated homes.

Parking spaces and storage rooms will be created on the ground floor and basement level. Each residential floor will be accessible by an elevator. On the 1^st floor, there will be apartments with garden access towards the inner courtyard, while apartments on the 2^nd to 6^th floors will have balconies. The 6^th and 7^th floors will feature larger apartments with spacious terraces.

A ceiling heating-cooling system will be implemented in the apartments, which is not only an excellent choice in terms of energy efficiency, but also aesthetically pleasing as there are no visible radiators in the apartment and they do not take up space.

⁷ The offer may be used in relation to the apartments to be developed in the Béke Garden, Westside Grand, Újbuda Garden and Árnyas 40 Villa Suites projects, provided that a new registration contract is concluded by and between the seller and the buyer during the term of the offer and in respect of which a registration deposit of at least 10% of the gross purchase price is paid by the buyer to the bank account specified in the contract concluded with the seller. The remaining 90% instalment of the purchase price shall become due and payable in accordance with the schedule specified in the registration contract. The offer is valid from 12 February 2024 until withdrawal. This call shall not constitute an offer and shall not give rise to an obligation to conclude a contract.
